We are a program under the nonprofit organization Center for Open Exploration (C4OE, a 501c3) dedicated to establishing Dr. Sylvia Earle’s Florida Gulf property in Dunedin, Florida as a protected living laboratory to educate future stewards for the planet to act for a healthy land-sea connection.
